英語版原稿においてPluralityやPluralを⿻に置き換える編集が行われた
これはつまり中国や日本が持っている「表意文字」の概念が輸出され、この本の語る新しい概念を表現するものとしてこの表意文字を使おうという判断がなされたということ
おもしろい
これをどう発音するのかに関して、Plurality一択にしてしまうと「表意文字を導入することで達成したかったこと」を台無しにしちゃうと思うんだよね
なので漢字みたいに「音読みはプルラリティ、訓読みは色々ある」が良いのかなと思う
音読みに唐音とか呉音があるみたいに、音読みが複数あってもよくて、韓音はプロラリチになる(半分冗談)

gisele: ⿻ It's a digital script (ideogram) that can be presented on many pages(internet), and it's a concept of digital (digital, Plural) intertwined. That's why the logo has changed recently ~ I usually try to replace "multiverse" or Plurality with ⿻.
