Stayding – This happens when you stretch out the "a" sound too much. Try keeping the "a" short, like "st-an-ding," not "stay."

Seeding – This happens when the "s" sound becomes softer, more like a "z" or an "s" in another word. Make sure you emphasize the "st" sound at the beginning: standing.

英語では、「s」と「t」の組み合わせはかなり特徴的なので、次に「t」の音が来るかどうかを意識して聞いてみてください。早口の英語だと「t」の音が弱くなることがあり、それが「seading」のように聞こえる原因かもしれません。
