Audacityをつかって以下のファイルを作る
形式：AIFF
16bit Mono 196kbps
>For a voice-only podcast, the common options are 64kbps or 96kbps, both mono (or joint stereo as Audacity calls it).
モノラルトラックを作成する
設定をする
モノラル 48kHzにする（動画で投稿する場合。Podcastなら44.1kHzでいい）
16bit PCMにする
試し撮りをして音量を確認する
収録後
WAVEで書き出す
